Like I’m sure many of you have been doing, I’ve spent a portion of my weekend playing that new cowboy game everyone has been talking about. Red Dead Redemption 2 has been the game of choice in my off-time these past two days and even though I’m surely not as far into it as some others are, it’s easy to see after any amount of playtime just how gorgeous its open-world is.

A bit hypocritical perhaps, but at least two Uncharted games and one Gears of War game could use some serious updating. Both Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune (2007) and Gears of War (2006) are horribly outdated compared to modern standards. It would be cool to see these games redone with modern gameplay and graphics. Uncharted: Golden Abyss (2012) was released on the PS Vita. Seeing it remade for PS4 would be sweet as pie. Personally, I’d love to see the collections bundled together ala Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Gears of War: The Locust War Collection would be so cool to have.

Or shall we say Zyra? Them boys won’t leave the plants alone! Zyra may not be the strongest champion in the game and you know she is statistically the squishiest. But does that stop her from being a threat? Of course not! I don’t blame her for being particular about her plants. After all, she’s literally a plant that took on the form of a humanoid in order to save herself from extinction. The plants she summons are part of her. That’s like someone stepping on your own flesh and blood. Disgust

Due to all of this, it is of no surprise that Red Dead Redemption 2 is gearing up to be one of 2017’s most hotly anticipated games of the year. Despite Rockstar’s pristine record of releasing great quality games, they’ve set quite a high bar for themselves in attempting to outdo the lightening in a bottle they caught with RDR . However, if they stay true to the atmosphere and tone of the first game, and follow this advice, they’ll be releasing an even more legendary game than its predeces

Back in 2007 we were all tired of World War II, and the jump to Modern Warfare was fresh and exciting. The opposite is true today. We’re tired of Modern Warfare and semi-Future Warfare. It’s time for FPS games to try something new, by going into the past. Rumors have been floating around for a while now that Treyarch’s next Call of Duty game would return to World War II, something I very much hope for. We need a change, and sometimes that change can be found by returning to your roots.

When it was first announced that GTA V would have three player characters, Palworld Early access it seemed like a bit more of a gimmick to deviate from its previous games than a truly enhanced gameplay experience. But those thoughts were quickly silenced once players saw how much fun having multiple characters could be. Having the freedom to play with different special abilities, personalities, and intersecting stories makes this feature an absolute shoo-in for Red Dead Redemption 2 . Judging from Rockstar’s pattern of releasing larger, and larger sandbox maps with each new title, having multiple characters scattered across the map could make for a much easier and more natural way of exploring it, than simply fast traveling. The vast lands could unfold as the player uses each character from the regions of the different regions of the

Dice is bringing their FPS expertise to Star Wars: Battlefront Holiday 2015. We can’t wait for them to use their knowledge harnessed over many Battlefield games to create the ultimate Battlefront experience. You know which Battlefield game Dice shouldn’t model Battlefront after? Battlefield 4. Undoubtedly the worst launch of 2013, Battlefield 4 was a huge mess with numerous bugs, glitches, and netcode issues. Nobody wants to open a brand new multiplayer game at launch and find out its unplayable. That’s what happened with Battlefield 4 and a whole bunch of games in 2014. In fact, let’s make 2015 the opposite of 2014 and have every game work properly at launch, please!

On a corner in Blackwater, John comes across a reverend ranting about the evils of alcohol and calling for men to give it up in order to obtain true freedom in their lives. Although John doesn’t necessarily agree, their exchange is friendly enough, and they both continue on with their lives. Move a bit down the block, and a local bootlegger pulls John aside and offers him some money to kill the reverend and silence his loud, public sermon permanen

Maybe…the reason that Jax wanders around, looking for an opponent worth fighting, is for two reasons. To take out his aggression for what he lost and to hopefully one day be reunited with his terrible fat

But unlike many others that I’ve talked to about this, I don’t find myself turned off by any of these aspects of Red Dead Redemption 2 . In fact, I think these elements are Red Dead Redemption 2 ‘ s biggest strength from what I’ve played so far. Rather than just feeling like I’m another bland avatar that is filling a void within this larger open-world, Red Dead Redemption 2 is forcing me to live the actual (fictional) life of Arthur Morgan.
